Industry-Leading Compensation
Our compensation structure is designed to be highly rewarding, enabling our therapists to thrive. Our clinicians typically earn $110,000 to $125,000 annually working a sustainable caseload of 20 clients per week. This excellent pay is strategically designed to support lower client loads, minimizing burnout risk and maximizing your grounded, clinical presence.
