Hi, I’m Emily, an MFT Associate providing therapy for individuals and couples. At this time, I’m focusing primarily on relational work and am accepting couples and relationship clients. I’m passionate about supporting couples and family members in finding new ways to connect, communicate, and feel understood. I help clients develop practical tools for navigating conflict, setting boundaries, and fostering deeper emotional attunement so they can feel more connected, supported, and resilient in their relationships.
My style is warm, curious, and collaborative, and I view our work as a partnership grounded in your own inner wisdom. I draw from Humanistic-experiential approaches, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), attachment-based strategies, and parts work. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore different parts of yourself, express emotions safely, and strengthen connection with yourself and others. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions in SE Portland.
